Point 6: Red Bridge and Sorrall Street

The Red Bridge, built in 1908 to connect the two sides of the stream, takes us to Carrer del Sorrall, which gets its name from its proximity to the Arbúcies stream, where we can find one of the six springs de bomba de la Vila, the Bon Humor pump source, all built at the beginning of the 20th century and which pump water from the underground water table by operating an iron lever.
